A trip to Canterbury Cathedral
Students unravel layers of Chaucer's "The Wife of Bath's Prologue and Tale”.
On Monday 22nd January, both English literature A level classes were taken on a 'pilgrimage' to the captivating Canterbury Cathedral to assist in unravelling the layers of Geoffrey Chaucer's timeless masterpiece, "The Wife of Bath's Prologue and Tale”.
Students enjoyed a guided tour and were able to expand their knowledge of "The Wife of Bath's Tale" whilst appreciating the enduring impact of literature which has helped their understanding of the past.
