A level politics conference
Politics students visit Westminster's Methodist Central Hall for an A level politics conference
Our students embarked on an enriching journey to Westminster's Methodist Central Hall for an A level politics conference, joining 2,000 students from schools across the country.
During this educational excursion, they had the privilege of hearing from influential political speakers, including Wes Streeting (Shadow Health Secretary), Richard Tice (Leader of the Reform UK party), Jacob Rees-Mogg (Conservative MP), and the dynamic duo Rory Stewart and Alistair Campbell, hosts of the insightful politics podcast, 'The Rest Is Politics'. They also had the opportunity to ask lots of questions to these speakers.
Engaging with these prominent figures not only provided our students with invaluable insights into the political landscape but also ignited a passion for exploring diverse perspectives and actively participating in civic discourse.
