I’m a parent governor and my two children currently attend Highlands. I have a degree in Applied Biology, and I currently work in the pharmaceutical sector in a senior leadership role.

I hope to bring my passion for education (and continued personal development) and transferable skills which include budgets, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), project management and strategic mindset to the role. I’m particularly interested in SEN support, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and STEM with a focus on encouraging more girls into STEM subjects. I’m committed to my role as parent governor, in supporting the strategic direction of Highlands to ensure it progresses towards its vision and fulfils its goals and ultimately continues to be a successful school where all children can progress and attain to their fullest potential.
